  Avoid this place at all cost! This place is scary, old, dirty and disgusting in all levels. From staff to facility. I promise you that you will regret it if you stay at this place... check in staff was horrendous, disgusting looking and super rude. room is filthy, old, stinky and very unsafe. The bed are all sunk in and covered with very old stinky linen. I was gagging as soon as i walked in the room. Smells like a rotten dead animals. We walked straight out!!!! Save yourself from this disgusting place and stay in other places in Cairns. Have a look at all the review. I wish I did before I booked this place. We walked straight out as soon as we open the door. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. NOT WORTH IT..I can't believe this horrible place still exist. Health and safety or tourism in Cairns should look at this place and shut it. This place should not exist in this beautiful part of Queensland.

  The cabin to high to get up into and had a fall needs step up to get in safely.
  No hot water comes through had to boil kettle for hot water. Water pulls outside cabin so have to walk through water to get to shower and toilet.
  Constantly no signal on TV. Cabin clean and tidy but no mop supplied to do the floors.

  We booked a cabin for 6 nights for 5 adults. Was told the sofa bed would be made up for us, which it was. Only none of us (not even the 18 year old) could spend 5 minutes on that bed let alone 6 nights! Actually none of us could even sit on the couch it was so bad. And the bunk was falling apart, so none of us felt safe in that either. We ended up putting the bunk mattress on the floor.
  On the positive, towels & sheets were clean, & towels were replaced when we requested. Shower was fabulous.
  Neighborhood...... think ghettos.
  Also the kitchen equipment was less than adequate (We only had 4 forks!!)

  We were pleasantly surprised with this park. The 3.5star rating seems harsh. The staff were friendly and helpful and amenities, despite being older were clean and well maintained. Gardens were tidy. We had a problem with our power outlet and the guy was there in minutes to replace it. If anything was an issue, it was a little tight trying to manoeuvre the van into the slots, off the narrow access roads. I would give it 4.5 stars, but that's not possible.

  Do not believe the photos on the website. This place is tired and very rundown. The cabin doors are falling apart. We had to spend hours airing our cabin to get rid of the smoke smell. But to top it off the man at the counter is exceptionally rude and dismissive. Never experienced anything like it. Disgusting. Do not recommend.
