I'm now a regular at one of Jen's gorgeous beachfront classes, and I've attended a couple of her amazing yoga retreats. I love Jen's passion for teaching, the care and thought she puts into every class, and her ability to understand each individual's needs. I feel very privileged to be a part of the Core Life Yoga journey.

5 star as I cannot rate core life yoga high enough. Since meeting Jen and joining her classes my life has changed. The incredible location the teachings by Jen and the beautiful ppl you are surrounded by cannot be compared too. The attentiveness to injuries and mind, body and spiritual awareness goes above and beyond the usual yoga class.
