- Amanda Taylor Added February 24, 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Avoid these country bumkins like the plague. I walked in with long hair asking for a trim & long layers. I walked out with a disjointed, hacked-in-to layered mess throughout the sides & back. Tracy tried to 'fix' it by enlisting a staff member to straighten & curl. What a joke! 2 days later I went in for a 'fix up' & walked out with a short, curly, frizzy, nerdy bob thing. Never again. I have to walk around with this ridiculous mop till it grows out. Go train in London gals coz you have no idea!
