  We had such an incredible experience here! We check in at 12am after a late flight from Melbourne. Check in staff was helpful and already ready for us. We were in our room within 10 minutes and the room was so clean and modern! The room look better then the photos. The staff let us hold our bags all day while we explored cairns, was super helpful. Looking forward to staying here again ☺️ Thanks for having us!

  We have stayed here a few times. The superior rooms that we have stayed in have been very well appointed and usually in a nice setting. We really enjoyed the pools, pity the pool bar is closed.
  We had a car which made it easy to get around which may be more difficult otherwise. The pool side restaurant has typical club style meals in a good setting, beer prices were more than we expected. We always enjoy our stay.

  We stayed here recently and loved the charm of this resort. It is just stunning. The room we had was huge and had been renovated. All the staff were friendly. The food at thirsty flamingo was super delicious. The resort is huge and has multiple pools to choose from. It never felt crowded. It is in a great location just out side of the hustle and bustle but very convenient to go exploring from. We just loved it here and so family and budget friendly .
  We will definitely recommend and would stay here again.

  Fantastic place for a family holiday! We really enjoyed our time and can't wait to return again one day!! All staff were always polite and very helpful, regardless of the job at the resort everyone always greeted us politely. Rooms were clean and very comfortable and servived daily. Food was delicious, only one thing I'd like to see is more vegetable/salad varieties! After a few days we really craved more wholesome meals but the meals were fantastic anyway!
  
  Kids had the most amazing time in the pools making lots friends!

  Our flight got cancelled after we checked out of our initial hotel, and then we found this beautiful resort to stay one night. The room was renovated and we loved the bathroom. Clean, and beautifully colour themed. It’s a beautiful place to sit back and relax at the pool side. We are glad our flight got cancelled and we came here as we were all so tired after the holidays and we got to rest and relax at the resort.
