- Laura Dall'Alba Added March 16, 2020★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Bar service for every function I have attended is unbelievably slow, and quite incompetent (5 functions in the last 6months). Floor staff always seem poorly trained and very green, having no idea what canapes they are serving, or what is going on. Food is ordinary. Staff do not cope well under pressure. Music outside was not an option at the most recent function I attended, and staff were unaware why or how to change that, and unhelpful in finding a solution.
Lilo is suitable space for a function, but not a good venue due to service. Unless your expectations are low, your group size is small (under 30) and there are no other functions on that evening at Lilo, I would not book. - Matthew Warren Added March 14, 2020★ ★ ★ ★ ☆Cocktails were reasonable - only there for drinks so can't comment on the food.

- Janaya Randall Added March 01, 2020★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Soooooooooooooooo disappointed, had my 18th, so expected exceptional service. Many had ordered steaks only to be told that they only had 4. Unacceptable. Then when the steaks did come they were uncooked, BLUE, so blue the cow was still mooing. The gutless cook didn't even come out and apologise. Sent back the steaks and when they came back somehow they were worse then before. Inedible. The waitresses were nice but a bit confused in general. Some other meals were a bit cold, but otherwise still enjoyed myself. Also, random note, the garlic bread was AMAZING.
- Stefanie Cullingford Added February 22, 2020★ ★ ★ ★ ☆Went for happy hour. Beer taps weren't working correctly so only two available. Happy hour hours also change to 5-6 (sign said to 6:30) so was not able to get second drink in time. View from pool ok. Drink prices for happy hour were reasonable.
