Run down boat. Crew kept trying to fix it during lunch. Lunch was ok. snorkeling equipment is old. My first mask had mold in it. Stinger suits where wet and smelled. Crew is not to bad. They had couple new members, in training.

Felt safe and well cared for by competent staff. Lots of options for people who weren't confident swimmers to make sure they still enjoyed the underwater views. Pity that we had terrible weather and didn't end up going to the 2nd place, but that couldn't be helped.

This company came recommended by our accommodation and they were absolutely fantastic. The day trip starts early but you get to see two reefs, one inner and one outer with plenty of time at each one. The crew are all fantastic and made sure everyone was having fun and knew what they were doing. At no point did we feel rushed or like we were short on time. The boat is big and with as many people as were on board has plenty of space with no crowding. Plenty of seating for all!

At the reefs they do guided snorkelling tours followed by free time where you can snorkel more, chill on the boat or (on the second reef) go out on the glass bottomed boat! We say all manor of corals, fish, a squid and sea turtles. Cannot recommend enough!

Breakfast muffin with tea and coffee provided when boarding, a great (and plentiful) spread for lunch and some fresh fruit and cake before heading home. Book it! You won't regret it!

It was a very fun drive accompanied by music. we had so much time in the water to explore around. The guides were showing us and talking about the different living beings in the reef. The crew took free photos for us and we were served a meal, fruit and snacks during the day. Left at 7h30 in the morning and returned at 4pm.
    Amazing staff!

Amazing day on the reef with the professional crew aboard the sea star. This was the third reef dive I've done around the world, and this was the best one. The guides show you some neat areas, and you're giving more than enough time to explore the environment on your own. You'll get tired of swimming before you run out of time. Best of all - this is a small, fast boat. More time on the reef with fewer people!

We enjoyed the day out on the boat, two snorkeling sessions, and a glass-bottom boat tour. The crew were friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and efficient. The trip was punctual and well-organized. The sea was a little rough but the crew did a great job trying to help people feel comfortable. They provided lunch with plenty of options and enough food for everyone on board. They also provided tea, coffee, water, and snacks during the day - alcoholic and soft drinks were available for fee. Snorkeling tour guides were providing information about the animals below - although it was not easy to hear because of the choppy sea. They were concerned about the safety of all divers and snorkelers.

One thing we noticed (because I am in the field of marine ecological sciences); the crew downplayed the coral bleaching as an insignificant issue, which is incorrect. Many marine ecologists agree that the bleaching has killed a significant portion of the northern Great Barrier Reef and it is a major concern among scientists. Because we saw a lot of dead corals during the trip, this could have been a great opportunity to educate the public about the effects of global warming on the Great Barrier Reef.

Overall, it was a fantastic trip. We got to see two juvenile green turtles, lots of cool fishes and colorful corals!
