My reason for not giving a 5 star rating is because they offer services they not qualified in. I did a reflexology session there and it was in no way reflexology. I know what reflexology is supposed to be like and this is not it. It was just a Swedish massage on the feet and legs. The manager's massage technique is truly remarkable, as it feels like electricity running through manager hands. For those who engage in regular exercise, I would recommend getting an upper body massage. It is very nice.

Prior to booking, it is made clear the policy is to forfeit the booking deposit if a cancellation is made less than 5 hours. At first they wanted to charge me the full amount for the other person but changed their mind. There was some discussion afterwards. There is no doubt the massage therapist is highly skilled however the face and head components of the sakura massage went unfulfilled. I left with a relaxed and restored body but also feeling sad about the experience.
