To my surprise I found this place to have a pleasing atmosphere, superb layout and provided a variety of meals. The staff were attentive and friendly. The meal I ordered consisted of a coffee and a BLT roll followed by another delicious cup of coffee. Unfortunately I am only a occasional visitor, but I will make it a point to frequent Mi Piace Espresso Bar whenever I am in Cairns. My thanks to the staff.

The place is so beautiful and well decorated . Open kitchen and very fast service . There was so much attention to detail all around . Coming back tomorrow morning before we leave back to the states :) .
- Jordan A Added March 17, 2020★ ★ ★ ★ ★Popped in for breakfast as we had a long layover in Cairns. Food was delicious, coffee was great. But the reason I'm writing the review is for the customer service. The staff were just so fantastic and attentive. It was like they could read your mind.
- Ben S Added March 08, 2020★ ★ ★ ★ ☆Nice atmosphere, friendly staff and wonderful food. Always nicely presented and reasonably priced for an upmarket cafe. Great coffee, too. Can get busy at times, but it's usually the indoor seating that's taken. Unfortunately the cafe is near a main road, so while there is usually enough outdoor seating, the trucks going past are almost deafening sometimes. Just something to bear in mind if you are bothered by loud noise. I just wish the cafe was in a quieter area!
