  FIRST TIME AND LAST TIME HERE! So dissapointed. Waiting for 1 hours just to get the rubbist food to be severed at the table (not busy at all). The meat outside is totally burns and inside the meat is not cook, not even medium rare !!!! I don't know what am I looking at so disgusting.... immediately asked for a refuned and go to McDonalds for dinner.
  I should read a reviews first before wasting time here :(

  Steak was ok. Served with a microwaved potatoe accompanied by a salad that had obviously been pre-sitting on the plate for the past 8 hours

  Very poor experience. Food was sub standard considering the price being that of a premium product. The plates far too small and totally overcrowded. The veggies straight out of the microwave and the potatos a total mission to eat. Seemed to be quite a slack effort on the persons behalf who cut the veggies as seen in the photo. The steak was all things given cooked how I liked it, however, not a good cut of meat.

  Staying in cairns for a few night and came here for dinner, this was not what I expected when I ordered the lamb shank with GRAVY, it was fatty liquid that drowned the flavourless meat, received the wrong entree, but when finally got the garlic bread we ordered it was good. Burger was good, but was missing the caramelised onions, and the chips were cold. Drinks were good. Service was good. Design and layout were good.

  Place was empty when we entered before 5 pm. Service was immediate, beer was cold, food was very good, servings were generous and prices were reasonable. Very pleased!

  The restaurant was quiet when we sat down and it took 15 minutes for us to be served. The drinks came out in a decent time frame and we finished them as the meals came out. We ordered 2 more drinks as the food arrived and never saw them. Our empty glasses sat at the side of the table for the rest of the meal, with none of the staff asking if we would like another.
  My partner and I expected to try 4 or 5 cocktails that night and unfortunately the service was too poor to even try two.
  The food was tasty, just terrible service.
