  Absolutely fantastic company.
  We were staying in Cairns and decided to hire a car, they were open Saturday and had a great range of cars for us to choose from.
  The process was quick and simple and a very reasonable price.
  Special mention to Jamie who was just so friendly and helpful and gave us a map and suggestions of places to visit along with vouchers for some discounts.
  Highly recommend them.

  Great car rental business in Cairns. Easy sign up & smooth pick up & drop off. Car was perfect for the 2 of us. We had to cancel an extension we had made to the original number of days due to illness. The staff were very helpful in doing this. Highly recommend.

  My wife and I had a fantastic week in a convertible Mustang. Such a fun car to drive and being spotted in. Very high standard of service from A1 Car Rentals Cairns. Looking forward to trying the rest of their fleet on our next visit up North.

  Really great local car rental service in Cairns!! I definitely recommend this business. Convenient location downtown, so you don't have to go all the way to the airport if you just want to rent a car for a day excursion. Easy rental process - you just have to call ahead (no website booking options that I could find). The best price around, and super friendly people! They also offer an after-hours drop-off option. Thanks for the great service!

  We received exceptional service at A1 Car rentals. Communication was prompt and helpful, the price was good, the car was excellent and exactly as described, and the service I received at collection was wonderful. I thought I had our trip planned out already, but the staff member who served me presented me with a very helpful map, and circled a number of 'must see' places that were not yet on my list! We visited places we never would have without the excellent advise we received. It was also wonderful being able to drop the car back outside of business hours. I would use A1 Car Rentals again without hesitation!

  Very friendly, we found cars very clean and very good hire price. We found the owner helpful with directions and advice, saved a lot of money renting the car apposed to paying for trips individually! Would highly recommend and will use again if back in the area.
