- Philippa Flynn Added February 06, 2018★ ★ ★ ★ ★We were in Cairns for 10 nights and popped into this Information Bureau for some general advice. What a great decision that was. Clint Carroll was exceptionally friendly and helpful, even suggesting places to eat in the area.
Due to his advice, he actually saved us money and we ended up having a great time in the Cairns area, particularly The Great Barrier Reef experience. Without Clint's advice we would have just chosen a boat trip to one of the Islands, not realising it wasn't actually on the Reef itself.
We popped in to see him a few times during our stay and Clint always gave us a warm welcome.
He seemed really interested in what we were doing, whether we were enjoying ourselves, despite the fact we didn't buy any other trips from him. It was definitely not a hard-sell situation. His information was invaluable to us.
We would have no hesitation in recommending Clint and his bureau to anybody who wants genuine advice and help when in the Cairns area. His knowledge knows no bounds!
Thanks Clint for making our stay even more enjoyable and memorable.
