  Self contained apartments. Coin-op laundry on site. Great location. Owner/manager is a wealth of information on local eats and sites.

  Comfortable place to stay with family. No room service. Supermarket and eateries are within walking distance. Keep your room keys handy no reception after evening time.

  Found cascade Gardens through Air Bnb , Great value and price for 6 days over the new year , had a 1 bedroom apartment and it was fantastic, air con in lounge and bedroom, super clean and well appointed with full kitchen supplies included which was great as didn't need to go out for all meals , internet was fast , location is perfect just short walk to the Esplanade , great little pool and outdoor BBQ area.
  Glenda the host left all the instructions for us clearly and she was super friendly and helpful , highly recommend Cascade Gardens to anyone

  The complex is light and airy, and our apartment was very private, spacious and well-appointed. It’s great for self-contained holidaying which just means you have to tidy up when you leave, and wash the dishes yourself. The kitchen had everything we might have needed except an oven (which we didn’t need anyway). The operator is super friendly and approachable. Be aware that there are three floors and only stairs (no lift)

  Rang the manager to ask about amount charged to our credit card as this was different to the confirmation email i received. Was rudely told this is credit card fees which is 'clearly' in terms and conditions and at front reception. At no point did she stop to think that perhaps the website states 'no credit card/booking fee' and was not indicated in the terms and conditions or on our confirmation. Or to logically think that customers are charged 3DAYS BEFORE they get to reception. She was completely and inexcusably rude and unprofessional. Even when i sent screen shots of terms&conditions which doesn't mention cc fee, and also of their website stating 'no credit card fee' still no apology for her behaviour. Not worth the hassle, stay elsewhere.
