  Many people who should be receiving loans are denied a loan because of inept, lazy and/or frightened valuer's who do not do their job properly.
  Thanks for shafting us.
  Our sale fell over, our only equity and our future - devalued by $50000. Check your facts and start valuing professionally. I can't say what I really want to about your company, but steer clear of these clowns. I pity the next suckers who have to deal with you. Shame on you. I'm so disgusted.

  After seeking a Bank Valuation Herron Todd White Cairns was appointed by the bank. The valuation was at least 10% below what the real valuation was and when questioned they came up with every excuse under the sun with no real explanation. Their clock is inaccurate, their valuations are inaccurate and I personally wouldn’t recommend using this Company.

  Inspection was scheduled at 1pm, but I received a voice message at 10:15am (only 3 hours ealier) in regards to changing my appointment and get there in "HALF HOUR". As I was at work I did not receive the voice messages and the several calls but I did not expect to have been called in the morning on the day to reschedule when I would have been at work. Furthermore they decided that my no response in confirming the reschedule was their confirmation that I could make it home in half hour.
  Once I got there at 1pm the lady M. was already inside my property,exploring the garden! Very disrespectful in my opinion. Who does that!
  
  Finally the valuation of the house that she did was more then 20% less compare to what it got sold only 5 years ago!
  Despite in these 5 five there were many renovations:brand new 6.6kw solar system, second toilette and bathroom built, fully repainted, New floor installed.
  Based on my experience I would not recommend these people,and none does apparently since as you can see There are only 1 star reviews on it.
  Very disappointed about it.
