My customer complaint has been very poorly dealt with.
When I requested details of how to escalate my complaint I was ignored.
Obviously customer complaints are not respected as a means of improving service at Irelands therefore I would not recommend purchasing any products from this company.
Do not expect any after sales support from Irelands when their product proves faulty.
That response is innacurate and extremely insulting not to mention patronising.
I have come to expect nothing less from your outfit.
