We were all really happy with our different flavours and the decadance sundaes were amazing. THANK YOU! We'll be back!
- Naomie Reeve Added November 23, 2017★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Extremely frustrated. When Movenpick had first moved to Cairns, there was an initial group interview. Following the interview I was told that I was to become an employee, after a day or two of making arrangements, I had constantly tried to get in contact with these people, and after trying to contact the store, I was hung up on. Then following this, I had gone to buy ice-cream here with my partner. I had a fly FROZEN in my ice cream, and an exceptionally rude staff member insisted she would not give me a refund for the ice cream I had bought containing the fly. Very upset and infuriated.
