I contacted Rams as one last shot. From the moment I contacted the Cairns Team, Charlie and Penny arranged to meet with me after hours and went step by step through the whole process and worked endlessly with me to ensure I was able to get the finance approval. They made me feel so comfortable it was like meeting with friends for a catch up! They even went out of their way to meet with my parents to discuss guarantor options whilst on their family holiday down south!!
I am so grateful for the Cairns Rams team for their service the whole way through, from initial enquiry through to construction completion. Invoices are always processed promptly, emails are always replied to and everyone is more than happy to go above and beyond to help!
