    Ritchie at TFM is very friendly and accommodating. He has a wealth of knowledge and all his classes are family friendly. If you are looking for a boxing fitness circuit, I highly recommend it. Ritchie helped both my wife and myself get into shape for our wedding and he has multiple package options to make sure you get the best value for your money.

    In 6 months I have gone from knee, shoulder and back issues hindering my every movement, to being free from pain and anti- inflammatory drugs. I have gained a freedom of motion again that I thought was long past. My heartfelt thanks Richie. You and your boxing classes have given me back my life. And they are fun.
