  My 4th experience dealing with the team at Trinity Auto Group, my 2nd personal purchase in addition to assisting friends with their own vehicle searches.
  
  Once past initial contact, the staff were attentive, eager to assist and jumped on every query promptly and professionally.
  
  Special mention to Rhys Willis who had the patience to deal with multiple calls, emails, texts and test drives to get the deal across the line. For someone initially unfamiliar with the vehicle he put in the time and effort to make it a great experience overall.

I originally walked in because of the Hyundai 7-year warranty but what clinched the sale was the friendliness and professionalism of the whole team.   Recently purchased a used car from Shane & Rhys at Trinity Auto Group Earlville. The whole process was exceptionally easy, went through smoothly, had the finance approved the next business day, thanks to the lovely Keira. The after sales support was awesome. Highly recommend.

  Trinity Auto overcharge and cant diagnose Subaru faults. First they said I need a new gearbox. Estimated cost $8000. Now it’s not the gearbox but the front diff. They let my wife drive the car without telling her that there was no oil in the diff. On another occasion they replaced the engine valve springs under a recall. The service sheet indicated that the engine was removed to do this work. When I got home I thought I had better check under the bonnet as I was now accustomed to poor service. Found the engine coolant reservoir was empty and a spanner had been left wedged in the bonnet spring mechanism. Don’t buy a car from this dealership and definitely don’t service your car here either.
