  I recommend this restaurant to you.
  
  You will meet some Italian, Australian and international hosts who are all very nice and know what hospitality and being accommodating mean.
  
  I went there for the lunch specials, and found that the food was very good and reasonably priced.

  Villa Romania would be one of the best places for breakfast in Cairns. My business regularly have business meetings there for breakfast and lunch and they have catered for them in a professional manner.
  I have my coffee made in a special way and the staff do it to my exact request.
  If you want a great breakfast go to Villa Romania.

  Thought we'd give this restaurant a try as every time we walked by it was busy. What a great decision. The service was friendly and attentive and the food was delicious!
  Would definitely recommend and probably best to book if you can.

  I sadly don't post like this.
  The waits were overly extensive, the service was unsavory. (Watching the staff smile as they took an order only to scowl and scoff as they turned around) the fresh smoothies were great. I will say that. Waited 3 min for a seat which was nice but then 25 min for my coffee. But the big kicker was the crab omelette. I would say the crab had turned and was on the brink of causing gastro problems. Me and my fiance ate and paid our tab and didn't want to cause any issues as it was a very busy event Day. But sad to say I would not recommend this place to anyone. Supper and lunch may be better but be very weary of breakfast. Also a last note. Small and cold portions to both the meals that came out. I've been in Australia for about 8 weeks now traveling and this was my first bad breakfast.

  Delicious entree, main and dessert. Drinks were perfect. Staff were super friendly and food came out quickly. Good pricing and easy to book a table. Would definitely come back.

  If you know what you are in for when you come here, you'll leave happy, and it met our expectations perfectly. They cook acceptable basic Italian food (don't get too fancy here) served competently, and priced for the location and ambience spilling in from the lively street scene.
  
  In our case, this was the only really good service we got in Cairns, so it was relaxing to have everything come as ordered.

  Had a lovely family dinner here whilst on holidays from Brisbane. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Restaurant is wheelchair friendly with accessible toilet facilities. Food was delicious - good honest Italian fare. Very busy so book ahead. Thanks for a lovely night.
